MERCURY FUSION

Mercury Fusion concept car is a boldly-styled entry-level Mercury signed by Ford Motor Company affiliate
Concept Center California, Inc. The Fusion's striking
appearance is defined an argent matte finish on fenders, bumpers and lower body panels that contrasts with
a deep blue finish on painted upper body panels and the
roof.

The car is built on a strong tubular frame which maximizes structural integrity. Front racing seats are
ergonomically designed and airbags are provided for both the
driver and front passenger. Split rear seats fold forward and pivot to provide additional storage space. A
"floating" electronic unit containg a stereo radio/CD player
is operated with a joystick-style control for hands-on, eyes-off operation.

The Fusion's removable rear quarter glass and backlight panel provide open-air ventilation in hot weather.
Leather provides interior accents to the door trim,
instrument panel and seats. Exterior accents include polished 16-inch chrome wheels and subtle chrome
pieces.
