· Now here's a rhetorical question. If a brand new Ford Taurus has a window sticker price of $21,080.00, would Ford Motor Company re-invoice it and sell it to, say Hewlett Packard Corporation or somebody like that, for $10,000.00and then would they buy it back later and sell it at auction perhaps for a loss? If I actually had copies of such invoices, would they be bogus?
· What ifjust "what if" mind youwhat if the Rick Hendrick dealerships (90 or so dealerships, give or take a couple), were to perform a reverse-merger with one of the big public companiessay United Auto Group for example? It would work like thisthe publicly-traded corporation would buy the Hendrick group for cash and stock transfer and then the Hendrick management group would run the entire company, bringing their considerable retail auto expertise and organization into the mix.
