Our Claims Team is responsible for our Priority Repair Option (PRO) program, where Allstate guarantees auto repairs if you elect to have your damaged vehicle fixed at one of our recommended shops. And if you have work done in your home because of a covered loss and you elect to use one of our recommended contractors, we'll guarantee that work for up to three years after it's completed.
