EG: I own a Leyland Mini, when standard, weighs about 600-650 kgs (About 1200-1300 pounds I think), one extra person can make a hell of a difference. On the other hand , if you're driving a say Mustang with a 351ci , one extra person probably wouldn'y make any difference. Bassically extra weight will always affect a car's acceleration , it's just a question of how much.

talie@dancris.com@d122-mfs.dancris.com CV joints (worn ones) usually make a clik clak sort of sound when going around tight corners. If you were travelling at 65mph in a straight line , it might something to do with your suspension and/or steering components.

I have a 1987 honda Accord that has a bad shimmy in the sterring at about 65 MPH. I've read that it might be the CV joints, yet others say it can't be. Any insight in this situation would be helpful. Thanks.
