IRL: Team Menard Appeal ResolvedINDIANAPOLIS, - Team Menard's appeal of penalties imposed last month by the Pep Boys Indy Racing League has been resolved, and the penalties will remain in effect, league officials announced today.Tony Stewart is third in the Pep Boys Indy Racing League standing with 257 points, 25 points behind leader Kenny Brack. Robbie Buhl is tied for 16th with 122 points. Both Team Menard drivers are entered to compete in the next Pep Boys Indy Racing League event, the Lone Star 500, on Sept. 20 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.
