IRL: Billy Boat Injured in New England 200

**Billy Boat**

Loudon, N.H.: - Starting from the pole position, Billy Boat went out of the New England 200 on lap 95 after a four-car mishap. The accident involved J.J. Yeley, whose No. 44 car spun and collected the No. 11 car of Boat, which then spun and was hit by the No. 30 car of Raul Boesel. Boat was transported to Concord Hospital complaining of left hip discomfort.

IRL director of medical services, Dr. Henry Bock, later reported that Boat was in good condition and would stay overnight at Concord Hospital due to a broken left thigh. He will be transported to Indianapolis on Monday morning for further treatment, Bock said.

Team manager Tommy LaMance said, "Our main focus right now is on Billy and his family. Once we are clear about his condition we will go back and evaluate everything."
