Hummer H1
Originally designed to be air-dropped from low-flying airplanes into hostile territory, the Hummer H1 has been civilized for civilian use and is available in 4-Door Wagon and 4-Door Open Top body styles. The H1 is powered by a turbocharged, 6.5-liter diesel V-8 that produces 205 horsepower and is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and military-grade four-wheel drive.
Hummer H2
Hummer’s H2 is a scaled-down version of the designed-for-the-military H1. Based on a production SUV chassis, the H2 can still drive through streams 20 inches deep and climb over 16-inch rocks. H2 is powered by a 6.0-liter, 316 horsepower V-8 engine that drives all four wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission.
