First ZAP Store Opens in Newport Beach, California

     Store is a Joint Venture Between ZAPWORLD.COM and Donner Corporation

    SEBASTOPOL, Calif., March 21 Electric vehicle manufacturer
ZAPWORLD.COM has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with
Donner Corporation, a business consulting and marketing firm, to launch its
first ZAPWORLD Store in Southern California.  Through the joint efforts of
ZAPP and Donner, the Store will sell, rent and service ZAP products.

   The ZAPWORLD (ZAP) Store will also possess a unique feature-access to
Registered Representatives, answering inquiries regarding investment in ZAP, a
Nasdaq Small-Cap Company, as well as other investment opportunities.

    The Store is located in Balboa Village, City of Newport Beach, adjacent to
miles of beautiful beaches and Balboa Pier connected by a boardwalk.
Centrally located in a high traffic zone, people enjoy walking through the
shops of Balboa Village, rides, and games at the historic Balboa Fun Zone that
dates back to the 1930's.  According to December 1999 real estate figures,
residential properties surrounding the Store in Balboa are estimated at
$500,000 to $21,000,000.

allotment is paid out, the South Coast Air Quality Management District
(SCAQMD) is providing special grants to purchase electric bicycles.  Southern
California commuters can get a $250 grant applicable towards the purchase of
electric bicycles like those from ZAP as part of a new clean-air program from
