The Dealer Services Group Of Automatic Data Processing, Inc.

ADP(R) Dealer Services Group is pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance with Automotive Directions of Madison, Wisconsin. This alliance represents the culmination of a relationship announced at the 2001 NADA show. Automotive Directions presence in the ADP booth generated strong interest and hundreds of leads.
The ADP and Automotive Directions alliance is the only complete eCustomer Relationship Management (eCRM) solution that will help automobile dealers attract and retain more customers, gain a greater share of the dollars consumers spend to service and repair their automobiles, and become more operationally efficient. The components of this strategic CRM package include helping dealers build a loyal customer base, providing easy integration into other areas of their business, enabling informed decision making, and offering a single-source, web-based solution.
Automotive Directions is a technology development and marketing research firm specializing in eCRM solutions for automotive retailers. Automotive Directions has products and services designed to help dealers better understand their customers, gain insight into their competitive environments, and manage their customer relationships in this digital age.
This alliance provides dealerships with the ability to target consumers on a 1 to 1 basis, maintain ongoing customer communication, and share information throughout the Enterprise. Modules that comprise the eCRM solution include Internet lead management, showroom control, creation of a business development center, marketing research, management reporting, and database marketing. This integrated approach provides value by creating customers for life, maximizes marketing and sales initiatives, and better allocates resources throughout the dealership.
"ADP recognizes that for a dealer to be successful at finding, selling and keeping customers, they must have the best tools, the right processes, and well-trained people within their businesses. With this alliance with Automotive Directions, we have assembled a comprehensive, customer-centric eCRM solution. Combined with our recent acquisition of Traver Technologies, the leader in sales and CRM training and consulting, we now provide unparalleled expertise in implementing a complete customer life cycle management program. ADP is the only true single-source solution for eCRM in the automobile retail business," said Mike Martone, President of ADP Dealer Services Group.
"We help dealerships manage information about their most valuable asset - the customer. Our web-based sales automation and database marketing system returns control of precious customer data to the dealer," states Dinos Constantine, Founder and President of Automotive Directions.
"Now, with the alliance with ADP Dealer Services, we can offer a comprehensive package that includes all elements of a successful eCRM solution including training and Internet-based products," said Malcolm Thorne, CEO of Automotive Directions.
Another component of the alliance of ADP and Automotive Directions is the availability to enhance dealer's data with third party information. "This package represents a truly integrated eCRM focused management program that brings additional value to both the dealer and the customer," adds Martone.
