Five Star Market Center Hits First Million in Sales

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 15 Over 1,200 participating
Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge dealers have collectively spent over $1 million in
purchases through the Chrysler Group's Five Star Market Center(R). The online
market delivers significant savings to dealers for commonly used goods and
services such as package services, office supplies, fuel, uniforms and
telecommunications by leveraging the purchasing power of the Chrysler Group
and its dealers to lower the cost to the individual dealer. Further dealer
savings are realized in the process efficiencies of Five Star Market Center's
Internet ordering and consolidated billing.

"The first million dollars is merely the first milestone for Five Star
Market Center," said Gary Dilts, Senior Vice President, Sales and Field
Service. "The expansion of Five Star Market Center -- and the savings to
dealers -- should grow significantly as more dealers begin to use it."

"Additional Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealers are literally signing on
every day," said Keith Helfrich, Director, Five Star Market Center.
"Furthermore, we are close to signing on ten new suppliers. This is in
addition to our current roster of nine active suppliers."

Current Five Star Market Center suppliers include ADP for dealer system
support, Aramark for uniforms, Equifax for dealer financial services, MCI for
telecommunications, Shell for fuel, Staples for office supplies,
Speedway/Super America for fuel, Texaco for fuel and UPS for package services.

Future products to be made available to dealers through Five Star Market
Center will include computer equipment, software, marketing services and
facility maintenance equipment and supplies.

"Five Star Market Center is another example of why our dealer
relationships are one of the best in the business," said Dilts. "It's a
winning formula that benefits our dealers, our suppliers and our customers."

Five Star Market Center is an initiative of DCXnet, formed last year to
manage the company's e-business activities globally and across business units.
