Future Carz Inc. Completes Acquisitions

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Feb. 26, 2001--The company is pleased to announce that is has completed the acquisition of all the assets of American Automotive Group Inc. of Phoenix and Auto Central Discount Inc. of San Diego.
    The final cost of these acquisitions is 5 million shares of Future Carz Inc. in common stock (3 million for American Automotive Group Inc. and 2 million for Auto Central Discount Inc.) and some minimal trade payables. Future Carz Inc. (OTCBB:FCZI) will also issue 1 million shares of its common stock to retain and add key employees for this operation.
