"Endurance" Worlds First Electric Pick-up From Lordstown Motors Revealed In Ohio USA Plant

LORDSTOWN, OH - June 25, 2020: Lordstown Motors, showed off its pre-production version of its electric pickup truck in a recently renovated recently former GM Plant.

The company will face significant competition including Rivilin (Backed By Cox Broadcasting), GM, and a planned electric version of the Ford F-150 the bestselling vehicle in America.

The event reflected the fact that Ohio is a battleground state for November's presidential election. Among those in attendance were US Vice President Pence and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine who said "Ohio has always been an auto state, an auto parts state...and really this is the future," referring to both Lordstown Motors and its first product "Endurance" its electric truck.

Lordstown Motors, bought the former GM plant and equipment for just $20 million and planned to begin delivering electric pickup trucks to customers by January 2021.

The fledgling startup has just 70 employees and about 100 contractors.
