2017 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF Wins Best ‘Bang for the Buck’ at Atlanta International Auto Show

Yokohama March 29, 2017; With a starting MSRP[1] from $31,555, the 2017 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF makes it possible to have everything you’d want in a sports car without spending a fortune. So it’s no wonder why the 2017 MX-5 RF was recognized as the “Best Bang for the Buck” at the 2017 Atlanta International Auto Show by the Greater Atlanta Automotive Media Association (GAAMA).

GAAMA selected the 2017 MX-5 RF, adding to MX-5’s long list of accolades since the fourth-generation model went on sale.

Appealing fastback styling with a coupe-like design, check. Lightweight with dynamic driving performance, check. Security of a coupe with a retractable hard-top, but the freedom and playfulness of a convertible, check.

The 2017 MX-5 RF comes powered with a 2.0-liter SKYACTIV-G engine and is available exclusively in MX-5 RF Club and Grand Touring trim levels. It features a power folding hardtop that can open or close in about 13 seconds. Adding a premium touch, the 2017 MX-5 RF features a 4.6 inch-color TFT display and a BOSE audio system with nine speakers, including headrest speakers.
