DALLAS—Luxury motor coach service Vonlane will begin offering service on April 5th between San Antonio and Houston with daily departures and arrivals in the heart of San Antonio, with easy access to and from the downtown convention center and Riverwalk hotels.

The launch of Vonlane service to San Antonio means 70 percent of Texas’ population living in the “Texas Triangle” cities of Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio are now served by Vonlane motor coaches.

The new route between Texas’ two largest cities will officially launch on April 5th, offering nearly seven million new customers the complete Vonlane experience, including first class seats, ample workspace, Wi-Fi, and an on-board attendant providing passengers with premium cabin service and complimentary amenities.

“We launched our first route between Austin and Dallas less than three years ago, and since then the demand for luxury coach service between the other major cities in Texas has exploded,” said Alex Danza, founder and president of Vonlane. “For the very first time, customers traveling between Houston and San Antonio will have the option to take Vonlane, the most comfortable and convenient motor coach experience in the nation.”

Each of the four major cities in the Triangle, home to nearly 18 million people, has been ranked in the top 20 of America’s fastest growing cities. Vonlane’s added service between Houston and San Antonio will not only offer a high-quality travel alternative for residents, it will help relieve a strained transportation system due to population growth.

Vonlane was launched in May 2014 to give travelers an alternative to the delays and interruptions that accompany short-haul flights and the hassles of driving one’s own vehicle. The coach service has been particularly well-received by business travelers, such as attorneys, accountants, lobbyists, and other service providers looking to bill their time and expertise in a quiet, comfortable, and productive environment. Leisure travelers love the luxurious, first-class travel experience at fares below the cost of commercial air travel.
