American Traffic Solutions Names Bobby Neil Senior Vice President of Service Delivery

MESA, Ariz., Jan.10, 2017 -- American Traffic Solutions (ATS), the leading road safety camera provider in North America, today announced that Mr. Bobby Neil has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery.

Mr. Neil's distinguished background includes more than 20 years of program and project management experience for public and private technology companies. He will apply his strategic leadership expertise to ATS's service delivery organization, which oversees construction, field services, mobile speed, call center and violations processing.

Mr. Neil joins ATS from IO, where he held numerous positions. In his most recent position as Vice President of Global Services, Mr. Neil was responsible for corporate information technology, command center, service management and various applications support. Mr. Neil holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. He began his career in finance, information technology and client support roles, having held positions at IBM and TPI.
