WHAT: |
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) will present newly compiled data measuring congestion levels on Bay Area freeways in 2015. Included in this closely watched gauge of regional traffic conditions will be the "Top 10 List" of congestion hot spots for the year. This is among several Bay Area transportation system indicators being updated as part of MTC's web-based Vital Signs performance-monitoring initiative. |
