STOCKHOLM—Regulatory News:

The traffic board of Stockholm County Council has decided to extend the service contract with Nobina (STO:NOBINA) for bus transport services in Norrtälje. The contract is extended for two years and, through this decision, runs until June 2021.

Nobina started its bus transport services in Norrtälje in 2011 and the service contract contains clear goals focused on passengers. Among other things, the contract includes provisions stipulating an increase in the number of passengers and satisfied passengers, something Nobina has worked with continuously since the start in 2011.

“According to SL traffic service (AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik) we have the most satisfied passengers in Stockholm, something we are very proud of. Together with SL and Norrtälje Municipality, we have achieved strong growth in passenger numbers, an increased validation rate and improved customer satisfaction and we are very pleased to have received renewed confidence in Norrtälje”, says Jan Bosaeus, MD of Nobina Sweden.

The contract runs until June 2019 with a possibility for a two-year extension, and that is what has now been decided on by the Traffic Board. The contract thus applies until June 2021 and includes approximately 90 buses.

The information comprises such as Nobina AB (publ) is obliged to publicly disclose pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the Securities Market Act. Through the above contact person, the information was submitted for publication at 4.30 pm CET on 27 September 2016.
