Truck Accessories Group Acquires SNUGTOP

ELKHART, Ind., Aug. 19, 2016 -- Truck Accessories Group, LLC (TAG), announces the acquisition of Custom Fibreglass Manufacturing Co. d/b/a SNUGTOP.  The acquisition is effective today.

SNUGTOP, headquartered in Long Beach, California, is a manufacturer of premium quality pick-up truck caps and tonneaus.  The company employs 200 people and services more than 180 customers worldwide.  It will operate as a business unit within TAG, led by Hartmut Schroeder.
