THE FINEST AUTOMOBILE AUCTIONS DRAWS $3.46 MILLION IN SALES FOLLOWING INAUGURAL LIVE AUCTION AT THE ELEGANCE AT HERSHEY

Hershey, Pennsylvania (June 15, 2016) - The Finest Automobile Auctions<http://www.thefinest.com/>, a new auction house focused on delivering the finest experience for collector car enthusiasts, held its inaugural live and online auction at The Elegance at Hershey on Saturday, June 11, resulting in $3,463,700 in sales and a 63 percent sell through rate. Of the overall sales, four vehicles were sold online via Proxibid, the world's most trusted way to connect buyers and sellers of highly valued items like collector cars.

The auction was led by the 1968 Lamborghini 400GT, which sold for $577,500. A beautiful, thoroughly sorted example of one of Ferruccio Lamborghini's early masterpieces, this vehicle is rare to find at this level of restoration and quality of finish.

The Finest's unique bidding platform extends the auction experience so bidders continued to bid on several cars from the live auction from their tablet or mobile device. The online process, developed in partnership with Proxibid, has the seller's best interests in mind and extends the timeframe for bidding thus reducing the pressure to make a deal on-site.

"Bidders and sellers both onsite and online were extremely receptive and enthusiastic about our technologically advanced bidding platform," said Bradley Farrell, CEO of The Finest Automobile Auctions. "It is important to establish trust between the auction house, sellers and buyers - this live auction did exactly that and we can't wait for what's to come at our next auction."
