DELAWARE, Dec. 7, 2012: Looking for the perfect Christmas present for your favorite drag racing fan? JEGS.com can fill your needs with a DVD of "A Roast and Toast to the 'Queen of Speed:' Linda Vaughn," available now at JEGS.com.

The roast was held earlier this year at the Lucas Family Estate in Indianapolis and included many of the sport's top names saluting Vaughn, an ambassador of the sport since the 1960s. Master of Ceremonies Bob Frey led the roast, but drag racing legends Jeg Coughlin Jr., Jack "Doc" Watson, Bob Glidden, Paul Candies, John Force and John Menzler took their turns paying homage to Vaughn.

Vaughn became widely known for her role as Miss Golden Shifter for Hurst Shifters, a fact International Drag Racing Hall of Fame member Darrell Gwynn noted when he appeared dressed as Vaughn, complete with a Hurst shifter on the back of his wheelchair.

There were plenty of funny stories about Vaughn and her career, but roasters spent much of the time speaking from the heart about Vaughn and what she meant to motorsports.

Another highlight was a live auction, during which Force and past NASCAR champion Tony Stewart playfully exchanged barbs during bids.

The event, hosted by the Quarter Mile Foundation, was a fundraiser for Vaughn, and all proceeds from the DVD will go to her.

The DVD, on sale for $14.99, is available at http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS+Performance+Products/555/1500/10002/-1
