Conor Daly Accepts Gorseline Prize at Autosport Awards in London

London, Dec. 7, 2010: Reigning Star Mazda champion, Conor Daly, flew to London on Sunday, December 5th to accept the Gorsline scholarship from Sir Stirling Moss at the annual Autosport awards. The award was created to improve the sport by promoting talented, rising young stars by supporting them in their quest to reach their driving pinnacle. The award recognizes and rewards performance and potential. Past winners have included; Danica Patrick, Buddy Rice and Bryan Herta.

After his record setting season in Star Mazda where he set new marks for pole positions (9), podium finishes (11), laps led and the largest winning points margin ever, in addition to 7 wins, Daly hopes to announce his plans for the upcoming season before the end of the year.
