DARLINGTON, Dec. 4, 2010: A new fan hospitality option has been announced for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Royal Purple 200 announced Darlington Raceway President, Chris Browning.

The new hospitality option will be known as the T4 Zone playing off of Darlington Raceway’s nickname as the track Too Tough To Tame. Longtime Darlington Raceway fan Karen Goddard from Neeses, South Carolina submitted the T4 Zone name in a recent contest on the track’s website.

As the winning entrant, Karen will receive a VIP experience at the 2011 Royal Purple 200 including passes for her and a guest to the T4 Zone.

Each T4 Zone package includes admission to the fan hospitality tent on Royal Purple 200 race day from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm, pre-race cold pit access, a full meal and snacks throughout the day, unlimited soda and water, beer coupons for guests 21 and older, a Darlington Raceway branded souvenir and official event program.

“Adding a fan hospitality option for the Royal Purple 200 Nationwide race is something our fans have asked for the past couple of years and we are excited to launch the T4 Zone in 2011,” said Darlington Raceway Marketing Director, Jeff Taylor. “It was very tough to select a winning name from all of the entries but Karen’s T4 Zone was a perfect fit for this new hospitality option.”

T4 Zone packages are on sale now for just $75. Each package must be accompanied by a Royal Purple 200 grandstand ticket.
