Audi and The Audi Exchange to Host Le Mans-Winning Audi Sport Race Car Driver Marco Werner

HERNDON, Va., Aug. 5, 2008 -- Audi of America, Inc. announced today a motorsports gathering in partnership with The Audi Exchange dealership in Highland Park, IL on Tuesday evening, August 5, 2008. Local customers and prospects will be hosted to welcome Le Mans-winning race car driver Marco Werner.

In preparation for Saturday's American Le Mans race at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisc. on August 9, the Audi Sport drivers are already hitting the ground running to practice for the race and also interact with local Audi customers and race fans to share their enthusiasm for TDI clean diesel racing and road technology.

"We're really pleased to host the Stars & Cars event at our store with Audi and past 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Marco Werner," says Ernie Semersky, dealer principal of The Audi Exchange in Highland Park. "We also look forward to seeing our customers, who love to have direct access with an Audi Sport driver and hear about first-hand accounts of past and present racing feats."

In addition to interacting with one of Audi's race car drivers, customers will be able to view the exciting and luxurious Audi lineup.
