RACING BUSINESS (BRASELTON, GA.) - PANOZ MOTOR SPORTS GROUP PROMOTES

Panoz Motor Sports Group announced today that is has promoted David Tetzlaff to Chief Financial Officer and named Suzanne Thompson Director of Human Resources. Tetzlaff has served as the company's Controller since 2001. Thompson joins PMSG from Liberty Mutual Group where she has served as Principal Human Resources Generalist since May 2002.

Tetzlaff will oversee the financials for all the companies within the Panoz Motor Sports Group that includes the American Le Mans Series, International Motorsports Association, Elan Technologies - comprised of Elan Composites, Elan Power Products, Elan Precision Engineering and Van Dieman - Road Atlanta, Sebring International Raceway and Mosport International Raceway. Those responsibilities include accounting, payables, receiving and invoicing as well as management of the corporation's budget. He has an accounting degree from Georgia State University and has worked for Electrolux, Avon Products and Storage Technology Corporation prior to PMSG.

Thompson will oversee all aspects of human resources including personnel, insurance and benefits for the multi-faceted motorsports group. At Liberty Mutual, she headed human resources for the Eastern Division Underwriting and Claims offices in five states (Georgia, Florida, Kansas, New York and Texas), a group that totaled 375 employees, including 38 managers. A graduate from Valdosta State University, she holds PHR Certification as well as a Human Resources Generalist Certificate and a Certificate in Employee Relations Law.
