Bryan Clauson and the No. 41 Memorex Dodge Team Facts:

· So Many are Racing Close to Home: This weekend, the NASCAR Busch Series (NBS) will be racing in the backyard of many team members’ hometowns, including five members of the No. 41 Memorex team. Crew chief Brad Parrott is originally from Harrisburg; team engineer Ross Fletcher is originally from Lincolnton, rear tire carrier Evan Clark is originally from Mt. Pleasant; gas man Keith Montgomery is originally from Burlington; and pit supporter Jody Hall hails from Concord.

· Get their autographs this week: Bryan Clauson, along with his fellow Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates (CGRFS) drivers Juan Pablo Montoya, Reed Sorenson, David Stremme and Memos Rojas (Grand-Am), will be taking a couple hours out of their fast-pace schedules on Friday, October 12, to stop by the CGRFS Concord, N.C., race shop to meet fans and sign autographs. The two-hour driver autograph session is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. and will run through 1 p.m. ET. Reservations are required. To learn more go to www.chipganassiracing.com and click on “Charlotte Race Week 2007.”

· Ladies’ Night returns to CGRFS: Ladies’ Night is returning this week to the CGRFS Concord, N.C., race shop Wednesday, October 10 (6:30 to 8:30 p.m. ET), with more fun festivities. In addition to free admission and a complimentary behind-the-scenes tour of the CGRFS race shop, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be on the house for all attendees. Guests will also be treated to a fall fashion show that will include apparel designed by the CGRFS Drive4Design contest winner Heath Harmon, as well as a sneak peek at the race team’s new fall fashions. Special guest speakers will stop by to visit and talk about their racing careers and lives. Raffle prizes will also be given away with all proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. · Standings Update: The No. 41 Memorex team is still 17h in the overall NBS owner ranks, with a current tally of 3,083. The team is 66 points away from the 15th spot and 210 points out of the top 10.

· Chassis: Crew chief Brad Parrott and the No. 41 Memorex team are taking chassis #454 to Lowe’s Motor Speedway this weekend. The car has had two fair runs this year. First, at Richmond International Raceway in May, Juan Pablo Montoya and team started and finished their run in 11th place. Then, CGRFS development driver Kevin Hamlin and team overcame a tight-handling condition and a late-race tap at the Milwaukee Mile to pull off a 16th-place finish (started 22nd) in June.

· When to Watch: The Dollar General 300 is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET Friday, October 12. It will broadcast live on ESPN2 and PRN radio. Qualifying for the 200-lap competition is scheduled to start at 4:05 p.m. ET Friday and will broadcast live on ESPN2.

A.J. Allmendinger and the No. 42 Memorex Dodge Team Facts:

· One last time: This weekend’s NASCAR Busch Series (NBS) run at Lowe’s Motor Speedway will mark A.J. Allmendinger’s last effort with the No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates (CGRFS) Busch team since it was announced in late August he was going to be driving a limited amount of races for the organization. To date, Allmendinger has made four career Busch Series starts with the No. 42 Memorex team, during which he has averaged a 13th-place starting position and 24th-place finish.

· So Many are Racing Close to Home: Three members of the No. 42 Memorex team are originally from the Charlotte, N.C., area. Pit crew coach Adam Mosher is from Ft. Mill, S.C.; swing mechanic Brandon Stafford is from Taylorsville, N.C.; and pit supporter Scott Hutchins is from Thomasville, N.C.

· Chassis: Crew chief Brian Pattie and the No. 42 Memorex team will be racing chassis #755 this weekend at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. This is a new car that has been entered in only one other race this season and that was at Chicagoland Speedway this past July when the team scored a 21st-place finish with Juan Pablo Montoya behind the wheel (started 17th).

· Standings Update: The No. 42 team gained a spot in the NBS owner standings after its top-25 run at Kansas Speedway last month. The team is just 169 away from the top 15.
