Sebring, the second model produced by Chrysler in Beijing will be launched in the Chinese market late this October, the company announced this week.

Chinese buyers of this car model will have an option to choose from vehicles equipped with 2.0L, 2.4L and 2.7L engines.

Sebring is a mid segment sedan, the price of the model is expected to be 200,000 yuan ($26,000). It will compete with other mid segment sedans such as Accord, Camry and new Mondeo.

Since Chrysler's 300C, which is locally produced in China, has a good sale performance in China's high end market, it is reasonable to believe that Sebring, with a relatively competitive price, will have a strong showing in Chinese market.
