Nashville Recap: For the first time this season, Bryan Silas and Fast Track Racing utilized a Ford Fusion in the Nashville ARCA 150. After practicing in the top-20, Silas qualified 25th. On race day, Silas began maneuvering his No.11 Ford towards the front. Unfortunately, engine failure took the team behind the wall on lap 50 exiting them from the event and being crediting with a 37th place finish. Inaugural Salem Event: Silas will make his first ever ARCA RE/MAX Series race at Salem Speedway Sunday.

While Silas resume includes tracks of USA International Speedway, Berlin Raceway, Toledo Speedway and Iowa Speedway, the event will be the first ever battle at the historic half-mile race track for the Florida native.

Looking Good: Nortrax, Holland Pump and Palm Beach Grading (PBG) will sponsor Silas' No. 11 Chevrolet Monte Carlo this weekend. The duo group of sponsors continue their foray into the ARCA RE/MAX Series and will hold sponsorship of the Fast Track Racing' primary entry for the third consecutive event.

Welcome Aboard: Fast Track Racing would like to welcome Shell Rotella T on board as a sponsor on the No. 11 for the remainder of the 2007 ARCA RE/MAX Series season. Shell Rotella T hoisted full primary sponsorship of the team' entry at Nashville and is expected to take the hood for more to-be-determined events this season.

Points Chase: With his disappointing finish at Nashville, Silas slipped to 17th in ARCA RE/MAX Series driver standings. However, with a good performance on Sunday, the rookie driver can regain his positions lost. Four drivers ahead of Silas (Erin Crocker, Jeremy Clements, Mario Gosselin and Marc Mitchell) are not expected to enter Salem this weekend. Silas will start Salem just 45 markers from the top-10 position.

Testing, Testing, Testing: Bryan Silas and Fast Track Racing have participated in several private testing sessions at Salem Speedway preparing the rookie driver for the first of two events at Salem Speedway this season. Quick lap times have the veteran team feeling good about this weekend' festivities.

Did You Know? Fast Track Racing team owner Andy Hillenburg, a former ARCA RE/MAX Series champion spots for Bryan Silas during race weekend. Crew Chief Dave McClure was instrumental for the success of fellow Canadian driver Pierre Bourque in the ARCA RE/MAX Series and NASCAR Busch East Series in 2006.

Fast Track Racing, Salem Speedway Pre-Race Quotes: Bryan Silas, driver of the No. 11 Nortrax-Holland Pump-Shell Rotella T-Palm Beach Grading Chevrolet Monte Carlo: On Nashville: We had a great run going at Nashville until the motor blew. Unfortunately, sometimes in racing that happens. I was really proud of my team. My car drove great and we were going to be a threat for a top-10 finish. We 'll just have to get'em there in August." On His Teammates Win At Nashville: "I was really proud of Chad McCumbee, Fast Track Racing and Andy Belmont Racing. It was a great day for everyone. I was able to participate in the victory lane celebration and there were a lot of happy faces and for good reason. I know we'll have a couple shots at putting our No. 11 in victory lane this season and I hope to make it a reality. On Salem Speedway: "Salem is truly an awesome place. I really love it. Ive had a ball testing there and I'm looking forward to the race. Fast Track Racing won the pole here in 2005 and I think we can do that again. I have a great racecar and I am really pumped up."

On Point Standings: "We dropped a little at Nashville. It' a shame, but there is still a long way to go. We're only 45 points from getting back into the top-10 and 10 points from the Rookie-of-the-Year lead. We had a great finish in our last short track event at Lakeland (finished a career best 10th), we 're looking for the same results this weekend at Salem Speedway.
